St. Louis Photos is a collection of images by Bob Moore who has more than 30 years of photography, graphic design and web design experience. In the early seventies, he was publisher and editor of Concert-News, the World of Rock and Roll Newspaper. Bob drew on his experience as a staff photographer at a major daily, "The St. Louis Globe-Democrat", to create dramatic images of national and international recording stars.
In 1982, after 12 years with the Globe, he opened MOFOTO-Graphics,
a commercial photography and design studio and explored photography
as an art form. The influence of the Old Master painters and sculptures can be seen in the photographic style that he developed called the "Dynamics
of Light'.
As a designer and photographer, Bob continues to explore art and photography through electronic media including the Internet. In June of 1995, he formed the Moore Design Group. The award-winning design firm has developed and maintained an ongoing reputation for providing corporate clients with outstanding design, photography and web development to meet their marketing and public relation needs.
Since 1996, the Moore Design Group has evolved into producing electronic design for the Internet. Projects include the Saint Louis Front Page, a weekly Internet-based newspaper, Southwest Illinois News, St. Louis Restaurant Guide; St. Louis Hotel Guide, St. Louis Online Shopping Guide, and St. Louis Attractions. Bob is also the designer of the original award-winning
Missouri Historical Society web site. He is designer of record for the Bissell Mansion Restaurant and Dinner Theatre and Camp River Dubois.
